Ten pounds

I want to , or rather, i need to lose 10 pounds! I am quite serious about this. The other day, it took me more than half an hour to decide on what to wear for dinner. Looked fat in everything i put on, especially jeans!

The last time i met up with my running kaki, he said the most important thing is not to eat after 8pm. Can at most have an orange if i feel very hungry. And guess what? Since our meeting, more than have half my dinners were consumed after 8pm. Cannot make it...

He also advised to cut down on alcoholic drinks as they are very high in calorie. My favourite drink of the moment happen to be sauvignon blanc. ha ha i am so not going to lose the 10 pounds.

So in order to maintain my social life and dinners after 8pm, and enjoy my wine, i am going to make sure i run everyday this long weekend.
