Nothing really exciting happened this trip. In fact, i am quite looking forward to going home tomorrow. One of the main objectives this trip is to lose weight as i realised that i have been putting on weight ever since i ran the marathon in Dec 2005. Tragic. If nothing is done, it will be disastrous. But being the person i am, i prefer to do everything in moderation and no crash diets for me. I started by hitting the gym almost every day, either to jog or at least walk on the treadmill. Then, i try to cut down on food intake. It is really easy for lunch, as the food in the office canteen sucks. There is a visible layer of oil in almost all dishes. That bad. In the evenings, it 's really easy to overeat if we dine at restaurants, so i keep that to a minimum. The result, i lost only a miserable kg these 3 weeks.
Next destination will be the US, a week after i go home. I can either choose to be extremely healthy, by eating greens everyday, or i can choose to have burgers and fries. Err...it will have to be greens for me, as much as possible.

Ya have been checking your blog but no update so it is really nice to see the new post. So you will only be back for 1 week and head to US ...so short a week in S'pore...how to catch up for dinner or lunch? :(
