Happy that I completed the half-marathon even though my timing is getting worse each year. I stopped training intensively 2 months before the race so that i could allow my knee to rest. During the race, however, my knee started to hurt again, 10km into the run. I had no choice but to stop and walk. Managed to walk-and-jog all the way to the finish point.
I am trying to let my knee heal completely before i start to run again. No heels and no more long-distance jogging for the time being...
